Anambra Monarch Urges Soludo to Upgrade Achebe Airport with Warehouses

Igwe Ben Emeka, the traditional ruler of Umueri Kingdom in Anambra State, urged Governor Prof Chukwuma Soludo to upgrade Chinua Achebe International Airport to a cargo airport by constructing warehouses. Emeka emphasized the need for regular flights and storage facilities to achieve this status.

He also called for road construction to improve airport access. Emeka praised Soludo's previous work in the community but highlighted the necessity for further development.

The monarch stressed the importance of attention to the airport's functionality and infrastructure for the benefit of the local community.
