Cleric Praises Tinubu, INEC for Peaceful Osun Election

On Sunday, Prophet Sam Olu-Alo, a renowned cleric of the Christ Apostolic Church (CAC) and founder of Adamimogo FM Nigeria, commended President Bola Tinubu and the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for the peaceful conduct of the Osun State governorship election held on August 15. He credited the election's success to Tinubu's non-interference and praised the citizens of Osun for their courage in voting freely without succumbing to financial inducements.

Alo described the election as a significant achievement for the Tinubu administration and a positive sign for the upcoming 2027 general elections. During the annual 31-day prayer program, "Sure Mercy of David," in Lagos, he encouraged Nigerians to pray for the country and its leaders to maintain peace.

Alo also extended greetings to the Muslim community for Eid-ul-Mawlid, urging celebration with respect and restraint. He emphasized the importance of collective prayer for national unity and encouraged participation in the ongoing prayer program.
