Nigerian Influencer Tiny Dies After Cosmetic Procedure

Igho “Tiny” Ubiribo, a Nigerian influencer residing in London, died on March 6, 2026, due to complications from a penis enlargement procedure at a clinic in Bangkok, Thailand. The Westminster Coroner’s Court inquest records indicate that Tiny underwent hyaluronic acid penis filler injections on March 5 and was advised by a doctor to split the procedure into two sessions.

However, he insisted on a single session. Following the procedure, Tiny experienced chest pains and collapsed, leading to a CT scan that he could not undergo due to loss of consciousness.

He received CPR for 101 minutes before being pronounced dead at 1:05 a.m. on March 6. A post-mortem examination linked his death to the injection and a pulmonary embolism.

Thailand’s Ministry of Public Health announced an investigation into the clinic on September 7, 2026, to assess compliance with medical standards. The clinic claimed Tiny had been a patient since 2024 and had signed consent forms for his treatments.
