During the commissioning of newly constructed Regimental Sergeant Major (RSM) housing at the 6 Division Nigerian Army in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Lieutenant General Waidi Shaibu, the Chief of Army Staff, highlighted the critical role of RSM leadership in achieving mission success across operational theaters.
