Kwara Governor Launches Digital Land System for Efficient Public Service

Kwara State Governor has introduced a digital land administration system to revolutionize land record management, ensuring transparency and efficiency. The new system aims to issue Certificates of Occupancy within 30 days, boosting investor confidence and streamlining property transactions.

Dr. Hauwa Nuru, along with technical partners, spearheaded the initiative, supported by the World Bank.

Mr. Folashade Omoniyi highlighted the system's role in bridging gaps in land administration and leveraging modern technology for accurate record-keeping.
