Court Adjourns Tulwu Integr Ltd vs FHA Case to May 2026

The Federal High Court has adjourned the case between Tulwu Integr Ltd and the Federal Housing Authority (FHA) concerning alleged encroachment on property located along 5th Avenue, Gwarinpa, Abuja, to May 6, 2026. The case, originally set for hearing on March 4, 2026, involves claims that Aiben Property Ltd encroached on 6,000 square meters of land belonging to Tulwu Integr Ltd.

Justice M. Madugu had previously issued an order restraining FHA and Aiben Property Ltd from encroaching on the Gwarinpa property.

Tulwu Integr Ltd's counsel, Godwin Sundai Ogboji, filed an application to amend and vacate an earlier order, while FHA's representatives, Ademola Adeleyin and Ayodeji Eoyed, opposed the application. The dispute escalated when FHA officials allegedly demolished part of the property despite a court order, leading to further legal actions by Tulwu Integr Ltd, which claims to have documentation supporting its land size of 22,000 square meters.
