FCT High Court Adjourns FHA, Developer Case to May 2026

The FCT High Court has adjourned the case between Tulwu Integr Ltd and FHA Aiben Properties Ltd to May 6, 2026. The case, presided over by Justice M.

Madugu, involves allegations of property encroachment along 5th Avenue, Gwarinpa, Abuja. Tulwu Integr Ltd claims that FHA Aiben Properties Ltd encroached on their land, measuring 6,000 square meters, despite a court order issued on January 6, 2026, which restrained FHA Aiben from encroaching on Tulwu Integr's property.

The court had previously issued an order on July 1, 2025, to restrain FHA Aiben from demolishing Tulwu Integr's fence. Counsel for Tulwu Integr, Godwin Sundai Ogboji, and Abdulazeez Ibrahim informed the court of their application to amend the case, while FHA's counsel, Ademola Adeleyin and Ayodeji Eoyed, opposed the application.

The matter has been adjourned to allow for the hearing of the claimant's application to amend the case.
