Descasio Celebrates Women Leaders on International Women's Day

On Tuesday, Descasio convened an event in Lagos to mark International Women's Day, spotlighting women in leadership roles within the enterprise sector. The gathering included senior female executives from organizations such as Honeywell Group Limited, Finchglow Travel, NGCom, and Eroton Exploration.

The event emphasized the critical role women play in driving organizational growth and featured discussions on leadership practices, mentorship, and the importance of authentic self-awareness. Josephin Adebola from Finchglow Travel highlighted the necessity of reliable leadership for translating vision into results.

Tomi Otudeko from Honeywell Group Limited encouraged maintaining a learning mindset, while Helen Jame Eziashi from NGCom urged leaders to remain true to themselves. The event is part of a broader initiative by Descasio to deepen partnerships within the IT enterprise community and create meaningful leadership conversations.

Additionally, the company launched the "Give Gain Leadership Report," which captures insights on women leading enterprises.
