DLA Affirms Adebisi Olusoji as 2030 Presidential Candidate

Ambassador Adebisi Olusoji has been announced as the presidential candidate for the Democratic Leadership Alliance (DLA) for the 2030 elections. This affirmation took place in Osogbo on Thursday, coordinated by Olalekan Fabayo, the chairman of the electoral committee, at the DLA party secretariat, with representatives from the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) present.

Dr. Tosin Odeyemi, the state acting chairman, described Olusoji’s emergence as a significant shift from the old political guard to a new beginning, emphasizing the need for change in Nigeria's political landscape.

He stated that both the APC and PDP have shown their capabilities, and it is now time for a fresh start. Odeyemi expressed confidence that the DLA would keep the ruling party accountable and constructively criticize any programs that do not serve the interests of the people of Osun.

He also wished Governor Ademola Adeleke well in his administration.
