Security Detail Protest Disrupts Govt House in Port Harcourt

A security detail protest briefly disrupted activities at the Government House in Port Harcourt as operatives accused the interim administration of neglecting their welfare despite loyalty. The protest involved mainly Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) operatives.

Video footage captured an operative shouting about funds leaving the Government House. Normalcy was later restored after intervention by senior security officials.

The Sole Administrator, Hector Igbikiowubo, mentioned issuing a statement on the matter. However, no official comment had been released at the time of reporting.
