Kano Governor Abba Yusuf Urges Muslims to Emulate Prophet

On Tuesday, Kano State Governor Abba Yusuf delivered a Maulud message urging Muslims to emulate the exemplary life and teachings of Prophet Muhammad (SAW). He emphasized the importance of promoting peace, justice, compassion, honesty, and tolerance in daily life.

Yusuf encouraged the Muslim faithful to reflect on the Prophet's commitment to peaceful coexistence and to translate his virtues into their conduct. He called on parents, religious leaders, and community elders to educate younger generations about the Prophet's teachings and character.

Additionally, the governor prayed for continued peace, stability, and prosperity in Kano State and Nigeria, while also wishing President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Vice President Kashim Shettima a successful first term and a peaceful re-election in 2027. Yusuf concluded by wishing Muslims a peaceful and spiritually rewarding Maulud celebration, urging them to pray for unity and progress in Nigeria.
