Energia Limited Appoints Tai Oshisanya as Director

Energia Limited has appointed Tai Adetokunbo Oshisanya as an independent non-executive director on its board, effective May 2026. Oshisanya brings over four decades of distinguished leadership experience across the energy, financial services, and pension administration sectors in Africa and Europe.

She is recognized as the first Nigerian female Chief Financial Officer in an international oil and gas company and has served as Executive Director of Finance Control and Chief Financial Officer at TotalEnergies EP Nigeria. Throughout her career, she established a strong track record in financial stewardship, business transformation, risk management, and corporate strategy.

Following her retirement from TotalEnergies, she held several senior leadership positions across Nigeria, France, South Africa, and the Netherlands. Georg Osahon, Chairman of Energia Limited, expressed delight in welcoming Oshisanya to the board, emphasizing her leadership experience and expertise in governance, which will provide valuable insights for the company's strategic direction and long-term growth.
