The gubernatorial candidate of the Labour Party (LP) has vehemently denied rumors of disqualification, calling them "entirely false." In a statement signed by his Special Assistant Media, Johnson Okoye Moghalu, the candidate dismissed the reports as politically motivated and baseless. He emphasized that his candidacy was not under threat and that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) had duly monitored the LP primary election and officially published his name as the party's candidate.
