Enugu Air Launches Direct Flight to Douala, Enhancing Trade

Enugu Air launched its inaugural flight to Douala on September 23, marking a pivotal moment in regional connectivity between Nigeria and Cameroon. The flight landed at Douala International Airport at 2:48 p.m., greeted by enthusiastic passengers and officials.

This new route allows for direct travel from Enugu to Douala, eliminating the previous necessity of traveling to Lagos for flights. Passengers, including Mrs. Chukwuma, Mrs. Love Chidiogarum, and Mr. Ogbonna Jude, received gifts from the airline to celebrate their patronage.

Mrs. Chidiogarum expressed her joy over the convenience of the new route, which significantly reduces travel costs and time. Arsenal Bruno Chiagozie praised the state government for this achievement and encouraged others to use the airline.

The flight not only enhances accessibility for tourists and families but also opens up new markets for businesses, positioning Enugu as a regional gateway and strengthening economic ties between the two countries.
