Chibudom Nwuche Remembers Dr Bamanga Tukur's Legacy

Chibudom Nwuche, a former Deputy National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) from 2012 to 2014, expressed deep sorrow over the death of Dr Bamanga Tukur, the former National Chairman of the PDP, describing it as a major loss to Nigeria. In his condolence message, Nwuche referred to Tukur as a leader, mentor, and father figure, noting his significant contributions across politics, public service, and business.

Tukur, who passed away at the age of 90, held various prominent positions, including General Manager of the Nigerian Ports Authority, Governor of old Gongola State, Minister of Industries, and National Chairman of the PDP. Nwuche praised Tukur's wisdom, discipline, and patriotism, stating that he was a statesman who believed in Nigeria's potential and actively mentored younger generations.

Nwuche extended condolences to Tukur's family, the Fombina Emirate, the Adamawa State Government, the PDP, and President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, as well as to Honourable Awal Tukur, Secretary to the Government of Adamawa State.
