FCC Analysis: North Leads with 56% of Tinubu's Appointments, South Underrepresented

The Federal Character Commission (FCC) disclosed that the North holds a majority share of 56% in Bola Tinubu's federal appointments, with the South accounting for 43.7%. The breakdown shows the North-West and South-West regions benefiting the most, while the South-East remains underrepresented.

This data excludes special advisers and senior special assistants. The appointments have raised concerns about regional favoritism and the need for equitable representation.

Notably, two regions, North-West and South-West, have been significant beneficiaries of Tinubu's governance projects. The All Progressives Congress (APC) has criticized the alleged bias in Tinubu's appointments.
