FCSC and OHCSF Collaborate to Strengthen Nigerian Civil Service

The Federal Civil Service Commission (FCSC) and the Office of the Head of Civil Service of the Federation (OHCSF) recently conducted a joint retreat in Abuja led by Prof. Tunji Olaopa and Mr.

Didi Esther Walson Jack. The retreat aimed to strengthen the civil service by enhancing collaboration, public-private partnerships, and human resource practices.

Discussions included improving relationships, public-private partnerships, and modernizing human resource policies to elevate the status of government employees. The focus was on enhancing service delivery, professionalism, and strategic planning within the civil service.
