FCTA Addresses 90% of Resident Doctors' Demands, Urges Patience for Remaining 10%

The Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) has disclosed that they have addressed 90% of the demands of resident doctors, with the remaining 10% to be handled directly by the FCT Minister. Dr.

Adedolapo Fasaw of the Health and Human Services Secretariat emphasized the progress made and urged doctors to exercise patience as the implementation process continues. She acknowledged the challenges in Nigeria's public health sector and assured that the government is taking steps to improve the situation.

Dr. Fasaw also called on the Nigerian Medical Association (NMA) to formally communicate their demands to the FCT Minister.
