NPA Commends FCC Leadership and Tinubu's Reforms

On Friday, Dr. Abubakar Dantsoho, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Nigerian Port Authority (NPA), commended the leadership of the Federal Character Commission (FCC) and President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for their transformative efforts. During an interactive session with the NPA management and the FCC committee on transport and aviation at the FCC headquarters in Abuja, Dantsoho described the meeting as fruitful and reaffirmed the NPA's commitment to full compliance with federal character principles.

He noted the cordial atmosphere and quality discussions that characterized the meeting, which reflect a new era of transparency and accountability in institutional reforms. Dantsoho stressed the need for collaboration among government institutions to achieve sustainable national development.

He expressed confidence that the partnership between the NPA and FCC would strengthen governance and contribute to national development. Hon. Peter Ez, the chairman of the FCC committee, acknowledged the NPA's commitment to compliance and introduced stricter monitoring mechanisms to ensure adherence to federal character principles across government institutions.
