Conclase Consulting to Train 50,000 Youths in Nigeria

The Federal Government of Nigeria has partnered with Conclase Consulting Limited to implement a training program targeting 50,000 young Nigerians across seven North-West states: Kano, Kaduna, Katsina, Kebbi, Jigawa, Sokoto, and Zamfara. This 18-week initiative, managed by Conclase's subsidiary StacStart, aims to equip participants with digital technology, creative industry, and vocational skills.
The program will cover 186 locations and will combine technical instruction with mentorship, employability development, and certification. Participants will have access to internships and job placements to enhance their employment prospects.
The curriculum includes in-demand skills such as artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, software engineering, and fashion design. The initiative, part of the Federal Government's Investment in Digital and Creative Enterprises initiative (iDICE), aims for 50% female participation and includes young people who are unemployed or not in training, as well as persons with disabilities.
Adeposi Bamiduro, CEO of Conclase Consulting and StacStart, emphasized the connection between skills development and economic opportunities.
