FG Launches Major Projects to Transform Nigeria's Transport

The government plans to enhance rail freight services to alleviate highway congestion. Additionally, a Smart National Transport Data Bank has been approved to create a centralized database for drivers and vehicles.
Six standardized bus terminals will also be established nationwide, featuring uniform standards and safety regulations. These initiatives are part of a broader strategy to develop an effective integrated transport system in Nigeria.
