Fire Destroys Mopol 13 Squadron Office and Armory in Benue State

A late-night fire gutted the Mopol 13 Squadron office and armory in Makurdi, the capital of Benue State. The incident, which occurred in the early hours of Sunday, was captured in a viral video showing the facility engulfed in flames.

The extent of the damage is severe, with the office and armory completely burnt to ash. Efforts to confirm the cause of the fire and the extent of the damage are ongoing.

The spokesperson for the Benue State Police Command, DSP Udem Edet, has not provided further details.
