Boldcar Secures N70 Million Grant for Digital Healthcare

Boldcar, a pioneering healthcare company focused on custom prosthetics and orthotic solutions, has been awarded a N70 million grant as part of the Empower Initiative. This initiative, co-founded by Layal Tinubu, aims to transform digital healthcare in Nigeria.

Boldcar is among a select group of women-led businesses receiving this funding, which is intended to have a significant impact on the healthcare system across the country. The grant will serve as a catalyst for Boldcar to enhance its services, allowing the company to hedge against inflation and improve the precision of its fittings.

This initiative is expected to reduce patient wait times significantly, enabling faster service delivery. The Empower Initiative, sponsored by Moniepoint, includes an intensive 8-week bootcamp designed to help beneficiaries scale their operations.
