Prince Tonye Princewill Appointed Paramount Ruler in Rivers State Community

Prince Tonye Princewill, a former governorship candidate of the defunct Action Congress Nigeria and Labour Party in Rivers State, has been appointed as the new paramount ruler of the Polo Dabo Da Ogo group house community in Rivers State. Princewill, who was also a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, quit politics before this appointment.

The decision was announced by the community spokesman, Daoigigo Ebenezer Pepple Amachree, citing Princewill's lineage and overwhelming support from the community. This appointment marks a significant shift in leadership within the Abbi Royal Family in Rivers State, with Princewill succeeding his late first son, Amanyanabo Kalabari Kingdom.

The community expressed confidence in Princewill's ability to carry out his duties effectively.
