Adeleke Defends Administration Ahead of Osun Election

He criticized the All Progressives Congress (APC) and his predecessor, Adegboyega Oyetola, ahead of the upcoming governorship election. Adeleke, who is seeking re-election, highlighted achievements in road construction, healthcare, and workers' welfare, while also responding to criticism regarding his public dancing.

He recounted his political journey, stating he returned to the race in 2022 after feeling cheated in the 2018 election. Adeleke denied engaging in vote-buying, asserting that his administration lacked the resources for such practices and had instead focused on paying local government workers.

He accused the APC of attempting to buy votes after years of poor governance. Additionally, he expressed confidence in his ability to win despite the support of multiple APC governors for his opponent, referring to himself as a "bulldozer.".
