APC Unveils 2027 Presidential Campaign Council Members

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has officially released the complete membership list of its 2027 Presidential Campaign Council, announced by the Presidency on Saturday. President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will chair the council, with Vice President Kashim Shettima and APC National Chairman Professor Nentawe Yilwatda serving as Vice Chairmen I and II, respectively.

Senator Abdulaziz Yari has been appointed as the Director-General, while Imo State Governor Hope Uzodimma will act as Secretary. The expanded list comprises 223 members and includes various directorates focusing on finance, education, and community support, among others.

Notable appointments include former Kano State Governor Abdullahi Ganduje as Director of Stakeholders’ Mobilisation and former Lagos State Governor Babatunde Fashola as Zonal Coordinator for the South-West. The council also features directors for faith-based mobilization, with Stephen Adegbite and Sheikh Haliru Maraya leading the Christian and Muslim sectors, respectively.

The council aims to enhance grassroots engagement and mobilization for the upcoming elections.
