Gabriel Jesus Set for Napoli Move from Arsenal

Gabriel Jesus has reportedly agreed to a move to Napoli, indicating that the Serie A champions are his preferred destination as he looks to exit Arsenal. According to sources including Football Italia and La Gazzetta dello Sport, Jesus is open to the transfer, but Napoli must first sell some players to facilitate an official bid to Arsenal.

Jesus's contract with Arsenal extends until the summer of 2027, complicating any potential transfer if Arsenal cannot sell him this summer or if he leaves for free later. Napoli's interest in Jesus is contingent on the situation surrounding Romelu Lukaku, who has reportedly agreed to terms with Fenerbahce, pending a deal with Napoli.

Initially, Napoli sought around €12 million for Lukaku but is now willing to accept €7-8 million, including bonuses. Before submitting an offer for Jesus, Napoli aims to offload either Lorenzo Lucca or Cyril Ngonge.
