Yobe Governor Launches 2026 Emblem Appeal Week with N35m Donation

Yobe State Governor, Mai Mala Buni, initiated the 2026 emblem appeal week by donating N30 million on behalf of the state government and N5 million from personal contributions. The event aims to recognize the sacrifices of fallen heroes, particularly in the fight against security challenges like Boko Haram insurgency and banditry.

Governor Buni highlighted the significant contributions of Nigerian soldiers to peace and security, urging individuals and organizations to support the families of fallen heroes.
