Anambra Government Strengthens School System Initiative

The Government of Anambra State is taking steps to enhance the Anambra State School System by aligning both public and private schools with the Solution Agenda on education. This initiative aims to unify the education system in the state to achieve maximum quality output.

During a meeting in Awka attended by private school proprietors, Dr. Ekene Ogugua, the State Commissioner for Education, outlined the government's focus on improving teaching and learning standards. He expressed the government's willingness to collaborate with private schools, providing necessary tools to comply with the state policy framework on education.

Dr. Ogugua encouraged school proprietors to utilize ongoing online training programs developed by the government to improve their teachers' capabilities. He stressed the importance of maintaining approved standards of teaching and learning in schools and reiterated the Anambra Government's commitment to supporting and partnering with school owners to maximize educational outcomes.
