Hannah Green Wins Australian WPGA Championship, Third Straight

Hannah Green, the world number seven golfer, achieved a historic milestone by becoming the first Australian woman to win three consecutive tournaments, clinching the Australian WPGA Championship on Sunday. The 29-year-old golfer finished the tournament with a final round score of 69, totaling 16 under par, and secured her victory four shots ahead of her competitors.

Green's recent triumph follows her wins at the Australian Open and the LPGA's Women's World Championship in Singapore. She began the final round two shots clear and maintained her lead throughout.

Notably, her husband, professional golfer Jarryd Felton, carried her bag during the tournament, as her usual caddy was unable to travel from the United States due to a green card application. Green's previous major title was the Women's PGA Championship in 2019.

Other notable finishes included Germany's Alexandra Forsterl and South Africa's Casandra Alexander, who tied for second place.
