Gunmen Kill Four in Otukpo Community Attack, Cattle Rustling Suspects Arrested

Gunmen, suspected to be herdsmen, attacked Otobi Akpa community in Otukpo Local Government Area, killing four residents and causing others to flee for safety. This incident follows a previous deadly assault in the same community, where at least 13 people were killed and several others injured.

The police anti-kidnap unit conducted an operation in Kakura area, Chikun LGA, leading to the arrest of suspects involved in cattle rustling. The arrested suspects confessed to stealing 65 cows, and efforts are ongoing to track down more perpetrators.
