Nigerian Government Announces Affordable House Prices Nationwide

The Nigerian government has revealed the pricing for various types of houses under the Renewed Hope Housing Estate program, with prices ranging from N8.5 million for a one-bedroom bungalow to N12.5 million for a three-bedroom bungalow. The initiative aims to promote affordable and transparent homeownership, ensuring equal opportunities for Nigerians across regions.

The Ministry of Housing and Urban Development emphasized that the uniform pricing will apply nationwide, with priority given to low and middle-income earners, civil servants, and Nigerian diaspora seeking to own homes in the country. Sales of housing units in different regions will commence soon.
