Imo State Orders Removal of Illegal Structures Under Power Line in Owerri North

The Imo State Government has issued a 14-day ultimatum for individuals who have illegally erected structures under the 333kVA national grid power line in Owerri North to remove them. The notice was published by Ambros Nwaogwugwu and Chinasa Nwaneri, with oversight from Franklin Newodo.

Failure to comply will result in the demolition of the structures at the owners' cost. The directive affects buildings in Ishiuzo, Egbu, Umuawaka, Awaka, and other areas along the transmission corridor.
