Actor Laide Olabanji Critiques Tinubu on Insecurity

Laide Olabanji, a Nollywood actor and CEO of Laiban Film, publicly criticized President Bola Tinubu regarding the escalating insecurity in Nigeria. He stated that Nigerians are dying under Tinubu's mandate, referencing recent violent incidents, including the beheading of a teacher in Oyo State and daily killings by bandits in Plateau State.

Olabanji lamented the government's nonchalant attitude towards the ongoing violence, questioning Tinubu's commitment to the safety of citizens. He expressed his discontent through a video shared on his Instagram page, where he urged the government to provide better electricity, improve road infrastructure, alleviate hunger, and reduce fuel prices.

He emphasized the urgent need for effective security measures to stop the killings and kidnappings plaguing the country, stating that Nigerians are suffering daily without adequate governmental response.
