Krystn Enem Opens Up About Her Eight-Year Media Hiatus

Krystn Enem, a veteran television host known for "The Krystn Enem Show," which originally aired on PRTV and expanded to Africa Magic on DStv and GOtv, revealed the reasons behind her eight-year break from the media. Enem cited severe burnout as the primary factor, stating that after nearly ten years of continuous work, her body "just shut down," leading to mental, emotional, physical, and financial exhaustion.

Initially intended as a short rest, her break extended from six months to eight years. During this time away from the spotlight, Enem experienced profound personal changes, including becoming a mother and relocating to the United States.

She has now launched a new digital project, "Convers with Krystn Enem," available on YouTube and Spotify, focusing on personal growth and emotional well-being. This marks a new phase in her career, combining her media experience with corporate exposure gained while living abroad.
