Ipee Indigenes in US Install 50 Solar Streetlights in Kwara State Community

Ipee indigenes residing in the US have generously contributed by installing 50 solar streetlights in the Ipe community, Oyun Local Government Area, Kwara State. The donation, valued at millions of naira, was made in December 2025 and executed in January.

The gesture was commended by Onip Ipe Oba Dr. Mufutau Adebayo Lawal Titiloy III, who expressed gratitude to the donors and emphasized the need for development.

Key figures involved in the project include Prof. Yisa Fakunl, Prof.

Joshua Dara, and Mr. Simeon Ogunshola, who led the Ipee Progressive Union (IPU) in overseeing the successful completion of the project.
