Itsekiri Nation to Endorse Tinubu, Oborevwori at Rally

The Itsekiri ethnic nation in the Niger Delta region is organizing a mega endorsement rally for President Bola Tinubu and Delta State Governor Sheriff Oborevwori, scheduled for Sunday at Nanna College in Warri, Warri South Local Government Area. The rally, themed "Itsekiri Stand: Renew Hope," aims to showcase cultural displays and solidarity speeches from Itsekiri leaders, youth, and women.

Comrade Alex Eyengho, Chairman of the Media and Publicity Sub-Committee, confirmed that Governor Oborevwori is expected to attend as the special guest of honor. The rally will express appreciation for President Tinubu's efforts in sustaining peace in riverine communities and implementing economic reforms, including the completion of infrastructure projects like the East-West Road.

The endorsement represents a significant political move for the Itsekiri ethnic nation, which includes representatives from various local government areas in Delta State and Edo State, demonstrating unity and grassroots support ahead of the 2027 elections.
