Babandi Ibrahim Gumel, revealed that there are no legitimate delegates from Jigawa attending the convention. The party expressed concerns over internal crises and emphasized its commitment to reconciliation efforts.

The warning was issued against fraudulent claims of representing Jigawa at the convention. Former Governor Sule Lamido's participation in the party's chairmanship contest was also highlighted.
