Jobberman, Mastercard Foundation Onboard 500 Young Professionals

Jobberman and the Mastercard Foundation have welcomed over 500 young professionals into Phase 2 of the Associates Program. The onboarding event marked the beginning of the Associates' placement journey, following recruitment, matching, and offer acceptance.

It was designed to clarify programme expectations, professional responsibilities, and support systems over the 12-month placement. The event allowed Associates to connect with programme leaders and understand career development opportunities.

The Country Head of Programmes at Jobberman Nigeria congratulated the Associates and emphasized the importance of using this experience to develop practical skills for long-term career growth. The Programme Coordinator for the Mastercard Foundation Associates Program at Jobberman explained that the onboarding aimed to clarify the programme and foster relationships within the community.

Associates will receive support in learning and development, mentorship, workplace experience, and conflict resolution, with access to a designated Human Resources contact throughout their placement.
