Journalists Celebrate Nwosu-Igbo's Retirement from FAAN

Ijeoma Bless Nwosu-Igbo was honored by journalists as she retired from her role at the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN). Nwosu-Igbo joined FAAN in August 2002 as a Senior Public Affairs Officer at grade level 10 and steadily advanced to become the General Manager of Public Affairs.

Throughout her two decades of service, she provided strategic leadership and managed the agency's corporate image and public communication. Nwosu-Igbo played a key role in strengthening FAAN's community strategies and enhancing public engagement through various projects and activities.

She was instrumental in shaping public perception of the Nigerian aviation industry and coordinated media activities to ensure timely dissemination of critical information, promoting transparency during her tenure. Her contributions have been widely recognized, marking her as a defining professional in the field.
