Julius Berger Graduates 36 Trainees in Vocational Program

Julius Berger Nigeria PLC marked the graduation of 36 trainees from its vocational training program, batch 2025, on October 2023. The ceremony, led by Director of Administration Dr.

Abdulaziz Isa Kaita, highlighted the company's commitment to corporate social responsibility and skill development. The trainees, who specialized in carpentry, masonry, and plumbing, received certifications aligned with the Nigerian Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF) at levels 1 and 2.

Dr. Kaita emphasized that this graduation is not an end but a beginning, aiming to equip Nigerian youth with technical skills to contribute meaningfully to the economy.

The program also aims to reduce reliance on imports and improve construction quality. Head of Human Resources Olorunfemi Ojomo announced plans for future training streams, including solar technology, and reaffirmed the company's dedication to strengthening technical skills in Nigeria.

Graduates expressed gratitude for the opportunity, noting the program's structured learning environment and practical skill development.
