APC Extends 2027 Election Form Sale Deadline to May 2026

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has announced an extension of the sale of nomination forms for the 2027 general elections. This decision was made during a meeting of the party's National Working Committee (NWC) held at the national secretariat in Abuja.

The new deadline for the sale of forms is now set to close at midnight on May 4, 2026, while the submission of completed forms, which must be accompanied by required documents, will be accepted until midnight on May 5, 2026. The party had initially scheduled the sale of forms to end on May 2, 2026.

The extension was deemed necessary due to the observance of a public holiday nationwide and the high level of interest among aspirants seeking the ruling party's tickets for the upcoming elections.
