Kambari Reaffirms Commitment to Aviation Service Delivery

On September 3, 2026, Mahmud Adam Kambari, FCNA, FICA, the Permanent Secretary of the Federal Ministry of Aviation and Aerospace Development, reaffirmed the Ministry's commitment to enhancing service delivery during a courtesy visit from Helen Lawal, Acting National Coordinator/CEO of the Service Compact with All Nigerians (SERVICOM). The meeting, held in the Permanent Secretary’s Conference Room in Abuja, focused on implementing SERVICOM policies and initiatives.

Kambari emphasized the importance of effective service delivery for public servants and directed all Departments to appoint SERVICOM Desk Officers to coordinate service delivery matters. He urged staff to prioritize prompt service, ensuring timely handling of official files and correspondence.

Kambari commended the Acting Director of the SERVICOM Department for her efforts and was decorated as the SERVICOM Champion during the visit. Lawal highlighted the significance of quality governance and the role of public service in meeting citizens' needs, aiming to strengthen the Ministry's commitment to service delivery.
