Kogi Church Commends Lawyer for Security Initiative Using Drones

Evangel Church in the EGB Region of Kogi State praised lawyer Adedimeji Roger for implementing a security initiative during their anniversary conference held from January 29 to February 1, 2026. The church credited the success of the program to the collaborative efforts between the church's internal security team and government security agencies.

Adedimeji Roger, who is the current General Secretary of the Intergovernmental Maritime Committee overseeing local government marriage registries in Nigeria, led the deployment of security drones to monitor the event. The church highlighted the importance of the drone-based monitoring system in enhancing real-time surveillance and ensuring a prompt response to security concerns.

The partnership model between the church and government security agencies was described as effective, emphasizing the significance of coordinated security arrangements for large public gatherings.
