Court Grants Ipee Community Right to Appeal Land Dispute Judgment in Kwara State

The Kwara State High Court in Ilorin has granted the Ipee Community the right to appeal a recent judgment that declared the Odo Poro area belonged to the Offa Community. The Ipee Community had already filed a notice of appeal against the judgment.

The Ipee Community accused the Offa Community of making false claims about the land ownership and called for the state governor's intervention to avoid conflict. The President of the Ipe Progress Union, Mr. Simeon Ayodel Ogunshola, emphasized the need for peaceful coexistence and urged Offa individuals to cease making claims on the disputed land.
