Nigerian Lawmaker Survives Terrorist Ambush in Niger State

A Nigerian lawmaker representing Borgu narrowly escaped death in a terrorist ambush along Lumma Babanna Road in Niger State. The attack targeted the convoy of the lawmaker, resulting in a fierce exchange of fire between the gunmen and security personnel.

One soldier was killed, several others injured, and some vehicles in the convoy were damaged. The lawmaker, Damisa, escaped unhurt.
