Dr. Sunday Isuwa's Book on Nigeria's Newspaper Digital Shift

Dr. Sunday Isuwa, the Group News Editor of LEADERSHIP Newspaper, has authored a book titled "Digital Shift in Nigeria’s Newspaper Industry," which will be launched on October 29, 2026, at 10 am at the Conference Hall of the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) headquarters in Abuja. The book explores the effects of technological disruption on newsroom operations, journalism practices, business models, revenue strategies, and audience engagement within Nigeria's newspaper industry.

Prof. Rotimi Olatunji, President of the Association of Communication Scholars and Professionals of Nigeria, wrote the foreword, while NOUN Vice-Chancellor Prof. Uduma Oji Uduma will review the book. The launch will feature notable figures, including former Speaker of the House of Representatives Rt.
