Gani Fawehinmi's Legacy Explored in New Book on Uba Sani

The book titled "Gani Fawehinmi and Uba Sani: A Tale of Mentor and Mentee," authored by Basirat Fawehinmi-Biobaku, was publicly presented on September 5, 2026, at the Abba Kyari Banquet Hall, Sir Kashim Ibrahim House in Kaduna. It chronicles the relationship between the late Chief Abdul-Ganiyu Oyesola Fawehinmi, SAN, GCON, and Uba Sani, highlighting the transmission of political courage and democratic values through mentorship.

The book's Foreword includes a significant admonition from Fawehinmi to Sani, urging him to remember the masses, particularly the less privileged and unemployed youths, if he ever served Nigeria.
