Leadway Launches 2026 Schools Initiative Across Six States

Leadway has announced the commencement of its 2026 Schools Initiative, which is set to begin on June 3, 2026. This initiative is the fourth edition of its flagship program aimed at improving educational resources and promoting literacy among children in Nigeria.

The program will be implemented in six locations: Lagos, Warri, Ekiti, Port Harcourt, Kaduna, and Abuja. Leadway's Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Olusakin Labeodan, stated that the initiative seeks to enhance literacy levels and cultivate a sustainable reading culture by improving access to learning materials in underserved communities.

The program will deploy mobile libraries and carefully curated literature to benefit public primary schools, reinforcing Leadway's commitment to improving educational outcomes and expanding opportunities for young Nigerians. The initiative is designed to inspire curiosity and nurture a lifelong love for reading and learning among children.
