LivingTrust Mortgage Bank Board Meeting Scheduled October 2026

LivingTrust Mortgage Bank Plc, headquartered in Osogbo, has filed a notice with the Nigerian Exchange Limited disclosing that its Board of Directors will convene on October 30, 2026. Among the items on the agenda is a review of the bank's unaudited financial statement for the third quarter ending September 30, 2026.

In connection with this scheduled board meeting, the bank has commenced a closed period effective September 30, 2026 — the last day of the quarter under review. The closed period will remain in effect until 24 hours after the Q3 2026 unaudited financial results are released to the public, at which point normal trading will resume.
